PROCESS GAP ANALYSIS
An analysis of existing processes for gaps (missing pieces) that are impacting the efficiency and impact of service or product delivery, or to mitigate negative impact. This service does not include the creation of (new) SOPs, but is great for entrepreneurs and small businesses that are planning launches, events, and need to sharpen their existing SOPs.
EXPERIENCE MAPPING
An analysis of client feedback to identify how to implement the feedback, whether all or in part, for a better client experience. We will identify gaps in process that contributed to the feedback received, and identify the internal department(s) who should own implementation of the feedback. Also included is the development of a strategic process for increasing profit through experience enhancements.
FRACTIONAL COO SERVICES
This service provides Fractional Chief Operating Officer support for businesses in need of consistent operational assistance. Included are organizational structure development, SOP development (limit 5/month), team member management, new hire onboarding, systems streamlining, basic data analysis, and client experience enhancements. *Minimum 3 month commitment required*
